Meet our Doctors
Dr. Jennifer Burke
Dr. Burke was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from Palo Verde High School and attended the University of Nevada, Reno, receiving an Honors degree in Biochemistry. Her Doctorate of Optometry was conferred at the Southern California College of Optometry where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received multiple awards for her skills and passion for pediatric eye care and vision therapy while serving as her class president. Dr. Burke enjoys full scope primary eye care including pediatrics, ocular disease, and contact lenses. In 2015 she was named the “Young Optometrist of the Year” by the Nevada Optometric Association. In 2015 she founded the practice which is now known as Eyediology Vision Care. She also volunteers her time as a board member for the Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation. She has loved becoming a practice owner and takes pride in the warm and inviting energy and new technology available in her practice.
In her free time, Dr. Burke enjoys cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights, Peleton fitness, trying out new local restaurants and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
Dr. Rory Murphy
A native Las Vegan, Dr. Rory Murphy takes pride in serving his local community with the highest level of eyecare in a fun and relaxed environment. Dr. Murphy graduated from Bonanza High School, and earned his B.S. degree from the University of Nevada, Reno (with distinction) before achieving his Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University in Oregon (with honors).
Dr. Murphy has experience in an array of comprehensive eye care services, with extensive contact lens experience (including with keratoconus and irregular corneas) and has a particular interest in dry eye disease. Needing vision correction after failing his driver’s test at sixteen has provided Dr. Murphy empathy and understanding to both those who need and have vision correction. He believes nutrition is an important preventative measure for maintaining healthy vision and also prides himself on keeping up with the latest technology and treatment options as a dedicated lifelong learner. Dr. Murphy joined Eyediology in 2017 and became a partner in 2021. He adds valuable patient care skill and customer service we strive to provide to our community.
Outside the office Dr. Murphy enjoys being physically active, including running, cycling, yoga, hiking, and most of all spending time with his daughter.
Alondra
Optometric Assistant/Technician
Certification: CNA, CPR
Start Year: 2020
Alondra has been an optometric assistant/technician for 4 years and enjoys working in the optometry field. She was born in Colima, Mexico and moved to Las Vegas 16 years ago. Alondra’s ability to speak both English and Spanish helps her communicate and connect with patients. Her easy-going nature and calming presence can ease any patient’s nerves. Outside of work she enjoys watching movies, trying new foods, dancing, and spending time with loved ones.
Jenn
Medical Biller
Start year: 2016
Jenn bills patients and insurance as well as posts payments for the office. She has been doing optometric billing for 19 year. Her past industry experience includes roles as a technician, receptionist, optician and office manager. Her vast experience and knowledge keeps the office running, and although she works from home, she is an invaluable asset to our team. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, especially coaching them on the hockey rink and serving as VP of Membership for our local Moms of Multiples Parent Group.
Andi
Clinic Concierge
Andi is the face of our clinic, she welcomes patients to our office and is the keeper of the schedule. She has 22 years of custom service experience in hotels, banking and optometry offices. She is kind, compassionate and patient and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel cared for. In her free time Andi loves to play with her Portugese water dog, Elsie, going to the gym, participating in races and dabbling in online dating apps in pursuit of her Prince Charming.
Stacey
Office Manager
Start Year: 2022
Stacey comes to us with nearly 20 years of optical experience. Stacey started her optical career in 2005 at Pearle Vision in Charleston, SC. While there, she realized that simply selling eyewear wasn’t satisfying enough, she wanted to learn more about the field, so she became a lab technician to work hands-on with the fabrication of lenses. She graduated from the NAO in 2008 and became ABO certified shortly after. In 2011, Stacey moved to Las Vegas and focuses on educating clients on eyewear, everything from what frames best fit their face and lifestyle to what lens types and designs best suit their everyday needs. While not working, Stacey enjoys the company of her animals. She is a proud parent of the sweetest Chiweenie, Bexley, a ferocious house lion, Captain Waffles, the elusive sasquatch, Sassy, and a pretty chill desert tortoise, Tort (short for Tortilla).
Chelle
Optician

Chelle has been in the industry for many years and has served in just about every role. Her goal is to make sure that patients have a memorable experience from start to finish. Chelle is the ultimate day brightener. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family, travel, and anything Disney. She really enjoys escaping to her cabin in Duck Creek when she can.

Cole was born in New York and raised in New Jersey. Cole works as both a Lab Technician and Optician. Worked as an Optician for 3 years before joining our team and loves geeking out on all the details about the optical industry. Outside of work Cole enjoys board games, art, anime and video games.
